The lady in the front row who is "dead inside" and "at the wrong show" is my friends sister, her name is Leanne. She suffered a stroke about a month before this show took place. The right side of her face had "drooped" downwards due to the stroke. It's hard to tell from the video because we can only see the left side of her face but she has a very hard time showing expressions. The muscles in her face don't work the same as the rest of us, well those of us who have never experienced a stroke. She loves Al Murray, and her being there for it shows how determined she was to attend that event even after everything she went through. I know you guys didn't know and I would be the same if I saw someone in the front row not laughing or engaging in the show, but Leanne has her reasons.
