Maybe try Life On Mars for starters, I’ve seen a few reactions to the official video. Bowie was a master of changing his image and skipping across genres, so it’s impossible to pin him down. He also featured in a hilarious episode of Ricky Gervais’ Extras sitcom. Ricky worshipped Bowie.

In 1966, an English band called Small Faces released their version of Dixon’s song called You Need Loving, which contained the ‘woman, you need loving’ break which again Led Zep vocalist Robert Plant stole for this version. Plant worshipped Small Faces singer Steve Marriott, who I would say was the better singer. Willie Dixon also successfully sued Led Zep, and was eventually given a writing credit.
