On that occasion, I had to buy a powerful UPS ($1,000), since I live in a rural area and here there is a lot of power fluctuations. But since the first time I turned it on, I have a problem. It works and protects, but when the power goes out, it doesn't stay on for 5 minutes. Since by my configuration he would have to stay at least about 20 minutes.
I tried to claim the warranty at the time but they didn't answer my email. I found it strange, because it is a great company. Legrand (SMS). As I needed to use it, I left it for later and now almost a year has passed and the warranty is ending.
That's why I'm solving it today. I already got in touch and I need to pack the product and leave it at the pick-up address.
As usual it would be for me to publish an illustration today (a day and a half to two on average), but because of this problem I will only be able to post tomorrow.
At the beginning of the page things were very turbulent, from time to time it got a lot better, and it will get even better. After fixing a few points the BDC project will still run much smoother. Thanks to your support.
