uniforms are great for school , poor or rich , your all on the same level in that sense.

2025-02-03 02:08:53 +0000 UTCThe largely got rid of uniforms in the UK in the 70s-80s but the grades started dropping drastically apparently, so they brought them back Most people seem to have been happy to have had uniforms - although maybe not as much at the time. It does mean we can all tie a tie at least 😂

2024-11-08 21:16:16 +0000 UTCI went to Junior High in LA for a year (grade 7) and the full UK education system either side of it (1981/82). I was way behind in my education when I returned to the UK. Luckily my dad was an engineer who helped me get back up to speed with Maths and Science. I much preferred the UK system. I felt way out of place in Middle School, never really fitted in.
