😌

Hey guys. These last few weeks have been difficult and complicated because of what happened in relation to my health, exams and other things. I've been trying to maintain some constancy in the publications but I recognize that it wasn't ideal. I tried very hard to solve the problems and now things are back to normal.

I need this page to survive, I love what I do and I do it with a lot of dedication and affection and respect for your support.

I dreamed of having and living on this page for many years. The oldest ones around here follow my saga and know everything that has happened in these almost two years of page.

Unfortunately things are not going as I had dreamed. With what I'm earning on the page, it's not being enough to survive with dignity. And he doesn't even pay the 12/14 hours a day dedicated to it. As I said in another post. The main means of dissemination has always been Twitter. Any post there would give more than 50,000 views and hundreds of visits to my profile. But I don't know what changed on Twuiter from time to time because now my posts don't exceed 1,500/2000 views and don't reach 10 visits to my profile.

This is reflecting brutally on the page and consequently it is affecting me very financially and psychologically.

If any of you understand what happened to Twitter, please help me.

Honestly I don't know what to do. I give it my all and it just keeps getting harder. Even the most loyal and longtime supporters are affected by this. Because whether or not I'm so depressed it affects the quality of work.

Yesterday for the first time in two years on the page I didn't work because I was so discouraged that I didn't feel like creating anything.

It is a very difficult and strange situation. On the one hand, the artist is human and has his natural problems and difficulties in life. But on the other hand, loyal supporters are not here for that, they pay and expect the artist they are supporting to fulfill the obligation.

Anyway, I'm quite confused and I already think I got lost in my own outburst. Just to give you a satisfaction my dear supporters.

About the Twitter- I saw how AcidVeronica make a big impact with new commissioned comics, that was posted only on twitter. So, maybe You can make a short story just for tt, like 5 pages posted once a week?

It's quite hard to find out exactly what cause your twitter engagement to change since the algorithm takes into account so many things. Additionally, since you're doing NSFW content it's might be even more difficult to spread your amazing work around on twitter. However, after skimming through your twitter, here's some suggestions that I think can possibly help. 1. Engage with others more often. It seems like you are using your twitter account as only a mean to promote your work, which is absolutely fine by itself, but you literally never tweet anything else that encourage others to interact with you. This makes your account look like an bot account that's not authentic to the system Like, let's use this post for example, it is about you worrying about TWITTER engagement, yet you decide to post it on Patreon instead of on TWITTER. Why? Especially since only people that's paying you can see this post, which can only do very minimal to help you since the people here are already supporting and aware of you. There's literally content creators that have more followers than you on twitter that's following you. Why don't you post this worry of yours on Twitter and/or DMs those content creators to let them give you some tips to increase fanbase? 2. Speaking of authenticity, you might want to change your profile pic on there. As I mentioned in the beginning, Twitter is not really friendly to NSFW creator like you. For example, I can't even find your profile using the search function on Twitter. Therefore, it's especially important to make your profile more easily recognizable. I highly recommend you to change your twitter profile pic. The one you have on Patreon can work. Another method to increase your exposure is to use relevant hashtags more often. If you want to take it to the next step, I think buying that bluecheck may also help. 3, Again, I can't stress this enough, it seems like you never interact with other people, neither fans or fellow content creator. The latter is especially critical. The community that you are in have some extremely nice and supportive people that are in the same boat as you. So I don't know why you never reach out to them. Start retweeting, liking, commenting, and, most importantly, becoming friends with other creators in the same circle will definitely expose you to a larger audience. I don't see you doing any of those and might be the main reason why you're falling out of the algorithm.
