July Update!

Hello everyone!! Just wanted to update everyone on where I'm at!

Comic

The comic is going along well! If you haven't seen, I've got 8 pages ahead sketched out, and the whole "chapter" outlined! Go check the sketches out, it's posted on here! My plan is to do an update a week, up to two if I can manage it :) You'll see sketches and lineart leading up to the finished piece and:

• If you're in Cedar or Redwood tier, submit your OC in the Casting Call thread on discord! Your character may end up getting picked to appear in the comic!

Redwood Sketches

The redwood sketches are almost done for June! I'll be finishing the rest up soon today, and I'll be making a new post for July! I'll be approaching them a little differently this month:

• I'll be doing one to two redwood sketches a day! This way, I can get to everyone's by the end of the month, and those will be my streams for the day! Catch one to see me draw the Redwood Sketches!

• The guidelines are changing a bit! Redwood sketches will be done with general guidance not explicit direction! If it's something that can be done within the time for a sketch, I'll do it! If it's a bit complicated, I may use artistic freedom. If you don't give me any guidance, I'll just draw whatever. Please make sure your request is reasonable for a $40 sketch! Thank you!

• Make sure you submit your request early in the month, and not too late into it! And please make sure that you submit your OC design and idea within the thread on discord! I use the thread to organize who's sketch I'm doing next, you'll see me put the 🔜 emoji on your submission if yours is up next, and the ✅ when I'm done! DMs are a terrible way for me to keep the sketches organized, especially when I have 21 to do!

Pokepoll and Animal Crossing Poll!

• This month, I'll be finishing up last month's pokepoll winner! And:

• I'll be doing an Animal Crossing Poll this month instead! Felt like switching it up :D I'll be doing a general poll with a bunch of picks for the month, and I'll be drawing a few of the picks this month as well!

• If I have time, I'll do another poll (the pokepoll) later in the month!

Cedar OC drawings!

• 3 Cedar's now have a random chance of having their OCs drawn every month! I'll be making a Cedar channel in the Perks category on the discord, submit your OCs in the channel, much in the same way as the Redwood sketches!

New Cedar Tier!

• There's now a Cedar tier without the postcard! If you can't get it shipped to you, or prefer no postcard, select that tier!

Postcard

• The postcard for June is going to be ordered shortly and delivered soon after! The card for June is the cover for the comic! If you want a postcard but don't want to change the tier you're in, you can grab a postcard from my website!

Phew. That's a lot of plans! But I'm excited to try this all out! I'm finally feeling more secure through Patreon, thank you SO much for your patronage and for making this finally happen!
