More Pink Galaxy Backgrounds

Like last month, I'll also be posting a SEXY wallpaper later on, but here are a bunch of other backgrounds I've been working on that you can use as wallpapers if you want.

My intention with Pink Galaxy has always been to cover a little bit of as many sci-fi subgenres as possible, so of course at least one of the cities will be cyberpunk... one of the weird things about cyberpunk style is that a lot of cities in east Asia already look like that NOW. Neon never went out of style, and integrated tech is pretty common. William Gibson, author of Neuromancer and Johnny Mnemonic (which is set in 2021), said he retired from writing cyberpunk when he went to Asia and saw it's not "the future" anymore, it's very much the present.

I don't really need to overthink this. Hopefully it won't be too incongruous having 21st century looking places alongside super space technology. The fact that there are several human planets means a few different styles and levels of technology can exist in different places. I haven't figured out how much optional wandering around will be available in the game, so maybe there's even a low-tech human planet where people decided to abandon modern inventions (I mean, I'm sure there is at least one such place, foxes and other anthro people come from a planet started by back-to-nature human separatists into genetic engineering, I'm just not sure I'll show it in the game - it's easy to imagine a scope way beyond what I can actually create).

Anyway... I hope you guys have had a good February, mine was pretty rotten as you know and I've been feeling pretty bad. On the bright side, I'm hoping this March will be better than last March at least, when my wife and some other family members got Covid and everything got locked down and the whole world changed. I mean, it's gotta be better than that! So, that's something to look forward to! ^_^'''
