Rats at the trash can

This mod adds live rats near trash cans. The further away from people the trash can is, the more likely it is to see a large number of rats. The number also depends on the time of day. The rat model is from the game Manhunt, which makes it look as natural as possible in GTA SA.

Improved Gangs War

The mod adds improvements for Gangs War, namely:
