Progress Update

I am still slaving away at the work required for the volume 1 release. Specifically, I am trying to finish the rewrites of chapter 12 and chapter 13, since that is the perfect place to end volume one on. (It would end on the scene where they come home and find Zutiria waiting for them)

The problem atm is Chapter 12 is probably the biggest rewrite I've done so far lol. A lot of stuff happened in the original, stuff that would've been much better if given more time to breath.

Sam and him having a talk about the magic semen was really short in the original, now it's an entire 3k word chapter.

Sam fighting the Living Fungi monster was like 5-6 paragraphs, now it's an entire chapter where we see her learning more about being a warrior with GM's help.

Then, they retire to have non penetrative sex for the night. So that's 3 chapters out of what used to be just one lol. This might sound like I'm bloating it, but so the fuck what? Rise of the Guild Master was always supposed to be slice of life, so pacing has never been my concern. Joking aside, it's not bloating, all of it will be cute and fun additions to add on to the early part of Sam and GM's relationship.

I haven't looked over chapter 13 yet, but I'm sure that one will end up as at least two new chapters, too.

Once I'm done rewriting 12 and 13, I will have time to work on 269+ chapters here and there. Because from that point my goal will just be to take the finished book and start adding more words to the chapters again, which I can do between new chapters.

The next time I do a volume release, I will not pause all other work. I will start trying to work in older chapter rewrites once or twice a week in my schedule from now on, but this is just how I chose to do it this time around since I've really just jumped straight in.

I don't think it's enough to have art in every single chapter(especially since I apparently lost $100 in patrons this month), but we'll see. Plus, Amazon won't let us have full frontal nudity, so I don't know what we would do for sex scenes anyway. Ah, well. I can always release a version of the book with more pictures down the road. 

Man it would be crazy if one day we could have an illustration for every chapter, but that'd be crazy haha. If anyone still wants to donate a bit let me know!

I also really need people to proofread this shit and look for typos, contradictions and all that other stuff. Hit me up if you're interested.
