Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.11

Hey guys! Here is the latest beta for Dramatic Skys! This updated added some new biomes as Mojang changed some biome names and such with 1.19.3-4. This adds some of these newer biomes to sky textures making things more concreate.

The following biomes now have sky textures:

-snowy_taiga
-snowy_plains
-wooded_badlands
-old_growth_pine_taiga
-old_growth_spruce_taiga

These will be visible in both Optifine and Fabric (Thank you to TurboYANEK once again for fabric help).

More biomes and skies will be added soon enough, and I still plan to add the max height sky as well! May also tweak some of the height variables too.
