The game screen will include an inventory for items you pick up along the way and a tooltip for codex entries and new terms. Thereโs also a mini interactive map of Nefas, with buildings as buttons.
Other than that, weโll have 3 backgrounds for MC: convict, clergy, and charlatan. Each background will have a separate introduction scene (ala DA:O origins) allowing you to meet different characters and some of the previous ROs.
For the demonic traits, for now I am going with generic avian or civets variations (maybe something marine too? Not sure yet) with some โsetโ characteristics but open to headcanons and out-of-game customization.
There will be no personality stat(s) this time. I will instead add more reactions/choices. Since the script will be much shorter than the base game, I can freely play around with smaller branchings.
