What if these men were powerful enough to pull strings to make the ridiculous "employment" contracts they coerce susceptible young girls into signing seem legitimate and on the up and up? That's what the 'Consensual Bondage Consortium' is. Just another way to force girls into a life of gagged slavery.
Many people complained that it wasn't that clear in the comic, so I wanted to make it clear hear.
