The scale at the gym is broken at the moment so I have no idea what I weigh, but I’ve been hitting some heavy leg press and I’ve added the hip thrust thingie to my split and Im definitely happy to have some mass back in my quads and glutes. Ngl that was my least favorite part of the weight loss, they apprehended my bakery, stole my cake if you will. Horrendous.
