Seems he may be setting up an international outpost for his illegal operations. Mr. Musuku is know back in the Shinjuku underground scene for his ruthless, yet slightly unorthodox methods of exerting power. None who have crossed him have survived his special interrogations.
Musuku is also infamous for his strong musk; a mixture of his favorite cigars, signature cologne, and natural body scent. Men know to fear what's to come when they catch of whiff of his scent in the air.
