That was until the Shredder returned to the hideout to find his grunt entertaining their new guest. Casey had helped the Ninja Turtles foil many of Shredder's plans, and Shredder wanted to make the vigilante pay for it. With a few modifications to his armor, Shredder watched with sinister joy as Casey was once again thrown into uncontrolled laughter.
