I don't have a direct idea for a story, but I would like to recommend you check out Vigor mortis and Bioshifter by Thundamoo. There are several horrifying, adorable and horrifyingly adorable monsters and characters in the story's. I thought it might be up your ally and you might get some inspiration from it :)

SCP-1471, “Mal0”, stalks and hunts you (or maybe even has been your friend for a while!), and while most go insane from continued exposure to them, you’re one of the lucky few who find their presence calming. Listener has had a bad day and needs to unwind. Triggers could include your awesome throat rumbles, comfort licks, and eventually a soft devouring. I imagine folks would just LOVE to see a Mal0 licking over the glass of the mirror they’re “contained” inside. SCP-1471 seems like they would be interesting to write, too. Clingy, maybe enthusiastic to see the listener, similar to a dog seeing their human get home.

This is an idea I've considered doing myself, but I'd love to hear your take on it! Your dullahan friend needs help finding her body. You carry her head close to your chest as she guides you to the rest of her... sitting on a blanket with a nice picnic lunch for two. She's a little awkward, and this was the only way she could think of inviting you out. Can be friendly or romantic, two friends hanging out together. Potential for cute feeding/kissing moments.

The listener lives in an apartment block across from a girl that acts really strange, and is clearly very awkward around other people, but the listener kind of likes her. One day the listener hears a weird banging from her apartment. Listener knocks to see if she’s okay and she insists she’s fine, but right as the listener turns around to leave, she opens the door and awkwardly invites the listener in. Once inside she explains that you that she has been developing these strange powers like telekinesis and mind reading and wants your help trying to figure them out. TL;DR Listener’s neighbor has psychic powers and wants listener to help her experiment with them.

Leprechauns rob a gold vault, and one of them takes you hostage and interrogates you, thinking that you have the combination (You're just the janitor. They did not plan this out at all). One of them attempts to use explosives to open the vault and accidentally kills all of you. (DEATH) (SHORTSTACKS) (I DON'T KNOW WHERE I WAS GOING WITH THIS ONE TBH)

The listener is waiting for a bus on a dark and rainy night, when suddenly a very large alien (yes, aliens are normal now) storms toward them. The alien is obviously intoxicated and insists that you are her pet she lost years ago. The listener attempts to escape, but is much too slow and gets scooped up quickly. As the alien carries "their pet" home she rambles about how much she missed them as the listener helplessly squirms in their arms. They eventually arrive at the alien’s home where the listener can do nothing but yield to a frenzy of drunken affection.

listener is borrower that got stuck to a marshmallow. sadistic giantess drops listener into her hot chocolate then teases the listener as she drinks finally swallowing the borrower. she makes fun of the listener one last time then falls asleep, heavy emphasis on slurping/gulping sounds, also some evil laughs would be great.

Cheerful and maybe clumsy giant cyclops girl finds that their coworker listener has fallen into the food they were preparing by some accident. They begin chatting and getting along very well until near the end of lunch. Our new cyclops friend has a kind of strict clean plate policy for trying new foods and not letting food go to waste. She determines that the listener, still being on her plate, counts and then eats them before heading back to work.
