Quick triple ref

Every body part has its pair of muscles responsible for certain movements

For your bicep to flex, the triceps must stretch, and the inverse is true too

Each muscle has a point of origin (beginning) and a point of insertion (end), this is where they are always anchored. The in-between space is where things become more difficult, as when bones rotate a certain way (such as supination or pronation of the forearm), the muscles will follow, so be sure you know why they move the way they do. Bodybuilding tutorials/explanations are really good to lock in this concept

not necessarily! a lot of what I know is a collection of everything I've picked up from random internet resources, here's a super helpful one I've been using recently: https://pdfhost.io/v/G4OHwVWAB_Anatomy_for_sculptorspdf

when you studied anatomy were there specific books or other resources you reffed and found useful? I love these little snippets you're dropping here.
