Overhaul + Future (Important)
Added 2021-10-26 00:04:46 +0000 UTCWith Tailbound (effectively) complete, I'm going forward with something I've been planning on doing since the beginning.
I will now be focusing solely on SFW art and comics. This is easier said than done, of course, with how much of an addiction drawing NSFW has become for me, but this is my best chance to finally beat and move past it.
The comic I have in mind is one I've been brainstorming since March, a Western with a heavy emphasis on adventure and exploration. (Think Made in Abyss and One Piece) The project is titled Gunwhale, and I'll begin organizing my plot ideas for it and writing a solid draft for it next week.
As far as SFW art goes, I'm a little directionless right now as I have to rewire my brain and essentially re-learn how to be creative. (That's what drawing solely NSFW for 5+ years does to a mf, I guess) For now, I'll focus on drawing whatever comes to mind and studying in order to improve my work. (Though, I'll probably only post study art in the Discord server.)
Tiers and Discord
Since I don't have a lot in mind that I can immediately do with this Patreon, I've removed all of the old tiers except for the $3 one. This tier grants access to the new private server, since I have to delete the old one. (It was marked as NSFW, and Discord doesn't allow you to change that. Besides that, it was also getting pretty bloated.)
If you were subbed to an old tier, and want to continue supporting my work, you'll have to select the $3 tier to gain Discord access. Else, now's a good a time as any to unsub.

To help get past the mind bog that is NSFW, I decided it'd be best to make up a new penname to go by. The Carpetwurm name just reminds me of porn and Tailbound, so I'd rather drop it for SFW work. (Though, if need be, I'll continue using the CW accs for NSFW art.) Of course, I'm keeping the Patreon URL the same for now so no one can steal it.
