I love the callbacks on this album like the "represent" on Fever, to Blue Bentley ( Blue Benz), and Speechless Part 2. I love that each was a different interpretation of the original. What a run, and what a great time to be a Nas fan!

2023-09-29 03:43:23 +0000 UTCDidnβt think anything could beat KD3, but Magic 3 is a fn problem!! This is the best album out of all 6 projects. Nas is the undisputed GOAT and after the last 3 years itβs just not even close anymore. Theres a gap at the top now between Nas and whoever you got at number two. 22 albums and 90% of them are good to great. Nobody can touch that catalogue and in the end it all comes down to the body of work. If you're the best then you need to have the product to support your case. Nobody has that at the level that Nas does both in terms of quality and quantity across multiple decades and eras.

2023-09-20 18:05:44 +0000 UTCAbsolutely loved when you talked about the strategy theme behind Nas' bars in this album. Idk why but it feels like a retirement album but I hope not. I'm 27 and I prefer this style of rap above everything else. It's annoying because rappers of today can easily rap on beats introspectively but they just won't. I'm glad we have the OGs still out there trying to keep the art form alive.
