YES! IN MY TOP 3 ALBUMS OF ALL TIME! You need to do Schlagenheim as well

Another interesting thing between BC,NR and black midi is that they both had songs sampled in By The Time I Get to Pheonix by Injury Reserve, “Athens, France” in “Superman That” and “Sweater” by black midi in “Knees”

Sufjan Stevens Illinois is a great album that if you haven't heard I'm sure you'd love.

Priam

Love this stuff :) You would love their first record. Much less conventional and more noisy but I like it alot more

If you’re interested to see where a lot of the post-rock type of stuff came from (the long songs with linear structures and builds) I would highly recommend Laughing Stock by Talk Talk. It’s one of the first post-rock albums (one of the best too) and is absolutely gorgeous through the entire track list.

Nick Pisoni

I would love if you would react to Fetch by Melt Banana. It is a super weird and glitchy noise rock album that is only around 30 minutes long and it goes HARD. Also it’s Japanese so definitely something different.

Jakob

Similar to the difference between the two BCNR albums, the first Black Midi album is also more raw. There’s less instruments, only the ones typical of a punk rock band. But it’s just as great, aggressive and complex. Hope you get to check it out some time :) I also hope to see you react to more Beach House! Bloom by Beach House is my favorite album of theirs and I’m positive you’d really love it just as much as you did Teen Dream

shame and idles should be next up :) great stuff!

Matthew Janicki

I would love to see Schlagenheim aswell

Max Kirkhaug
