Greeting E-Tronners, I'm happy to publish my updated E-Tron vs UR Murktide matchup guide. This one is about 2.5x as long as the original, far more in-depth and reflects a considerable amount of additional reps I've gotten in the matchup since the original guide. Hey folks, back with another set of guides for ONE Modern after a couple weeks of the new format. Eldrazi Tron is the variant I currently feel the best about, and this list is very tuned. I've gone up to 4 Stone Brains in the sideboard which I feel is correct. The resurgence of Amulet is a challenge for this deck and the Brains help a lot there, as well as vs the other most challenging matchup, Creativity. Basically every other matchup feels 50/50 or better. Kozilek has been added to the side...

I've had quite a bit of success with this list in the leagues, including a trophy. The main innovation is the 2 copies of Cityscape Leveler, replacing Ugin and Ulamog from the previous list. Leveler is good against the field but very strong against Murktide in particular as it offers 2 uncounterable triggers. If it sticks, Trinisphere is going to be a relevant wishboard card again for Prison Tron and also E-Tron. Already a staple for G-Tron. It will also increase the importance of The Underworld Cookbook in Prison. Would recommend shaving a Dismember and an All Is Dust from the guide list to make room for those if Prowess is becoming a thing in your meta.

Mostly the same list as last month as I still feel quite confident in it, but have added The Stone Brain and Cityscape Leveler to the wishboard which will be key cards in certain spots. Hey all, just a little update. You will have seen I just published my first set of matchup guides for UR Murktide. I will be covering more decks in Modern this way as time goes on so stay tuned for that. Also I know people want to see BRO decklists and they are coming. Been grinding this 75 with 2 Sylex main for the past week with very good results including back-to-back trophies most recently. Quite happy with the card and the list, and I haven't abandoned All Is Dust completely, there's still 1 in the side for 3 sweepers total which feels good. Hey folks, just wanted to let everyone know I've updated all the sideboard guides to contain the Grinding Breach and Temur Scapeshift matchups that have both become pretty popular recently. Total number of matchups in each guide is now 20. Happy Tronning.
