So she was returned to human form but with the Titan Powers that belong to Reiner's, Bertholdt's and Annie's friend. When you finish Season 3 go back and re-watch Ymir's backstory from Season 2 and apply the what learned from the end of Season 3. Ymir's backstory will make so much more sense but you will also realize what was laid in front of you but did not notice. I would suggest you both watch your own reaction just of that episode just for fun. P.S. Just a tip. When a episode does NOT end with a "To be continued..." that means you will be treated with more story at the end of the credits. I believe only the Season Finale doesn't follow that rule. Also avoid all previews. And do not watch the intro of the second half of Season 3 because it has spoilers. The intros of episodes 13 (50) - 18 (55) for season 3 should be avoided. After Episode 18 (55) it's okay to watch the new intro for the second half of Season 3.
