Missing packets?

They are mailed out first class so can take a little while to arrive - especially if going international - but please do let me know if your packet doesn't make it to you! ;u; I had one returned to sender (WoChi I messaged you! ♥) but otherwise have no real way to know if they get lost. If any of you are missing any previous packets please do let me know n__n
