He did cook, ate straight out of the frying pan and reacted overly dramatic at how good his food was. In this live he actually drove me nuts... he cooked with a normal spoon, and the scratching noises of the spoon in that pan will haunt me forever. If I did that, my mum would hit me with the pan 😂

The line "I'm ill, i'm work (ill) itself" is already bars because as dkdtv said, he is saying that his work is so consuming that it makes him ill. but as you noted, "ill" can also mean "dope," "the best," so perhaps it also means that his work makes him ill in the sense of his work in bts makes him the illest. That double entendre is supported by the fact that it's actually a TRIPLE. as doolset noted, the word for "one" in korean is "il" so he's saying i'm One, i'm no.1 itself. so he's saying i'm the best and my work is what makes me the best but also underneath that accolade of being the best my work is making me sick. it's fucking GENIUS. 2. illness/glass bottle hits your head -- to me, this line is saying that mental illness can shatter your mind the same way a glass bottle shatters against your head when you are hit with one. sort of calls back to the idea of being "stunned" or hit with a stun gun in hobi's verse. 3. am i sick or is it the world that's sick? -- never forget the intertextuality of bts! the fact that both RM and Suga talk about this but from slightly different angles here is exactly the same thing they did together on Strange, where they both also talk there about whether they are sick or whether the world is sick.
