Run BTS! Ep. 6 | “Confession” (Parts 1 & 2)! 🙏🏽

Today, we attempt to cure our post-concert depression and anger (caused by learning about the systematic exclusion/sabotage of BTS by the Western Music Industry + the reading about the recent “Dynamic Pricing” fiasco) with a much needed dose of…RUN BTS!

Some of the randomness we got in today’s episode:

 ► Toothbrushes dropped in toilets

 ► ¼ push-ups

 ► Panty-borrowing

 ► Water spraying

 ► Middle finger tugging

We were quite impressed by each of the members’ improv comedy skills, as well as their ability to keep straight faces (even if it meant putting a fist in their mouth…J-Hope) 👊

FULL SUGA/AGUST D CONCERT VLOG COMING SATURDAY! And for those of you attending any of the concerts in Illinois or California, PLEASE let us know how your experience is!! We hope you have the time of your life 🥳

ARMY, as always, we truly appreciate your love and support (WE’LL CONTINUE SAYING THIS UNTIL THE END OF TIME). Your subscription allows us to produce higher-quality reaction videos, and moves us closer to our goal of doing this full-time! Let us know if you have any questions, feedback, thoughts, etc. at any time! BORAHAE!! 💜💜

just caching up on all the videos I missed... I missed my two favourite brothers, these past weeks between university and staying up to catch Yoongis concerts have drained me lol But now I am free and sleep deprived so I am curing myself with your videos.

Jared said that y'all skits are TV MA... Can we see one?. I'd love to see you two do a skit of some sort or play a game of 'Whose line is it anyway?. BTS edition which would be hilarious. And y'all didn't notice but Suga gave RM the middle finger of forgiveness as well which had me crying laughing. The skits only get better from here and the episodes will definitely become longer due to the high demand of it from ARMY loving it so much. Great video once again, Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜

I WENT ON FRIDAY, and it was THE BEST NIGHT EVER! The crowd was so loud and I stg I was screaming so hard I legit was already losing my voice by the 3rd song 🤣

Brook Morrison has a channel, she's in the music industry and said the scalpers still get away with it. They just join Weverse pretending to be a fan, and get access to tickets. So it doesn't stop them at all. The losers are the fans, period. I'm rather horrified by HYBE about this, I wouldn't think the guys would be happy about it either. ARMY made Hybe, and it seems a bit of a traitorous act to now let Army's be scalped like this. We are busy fighting the corrupt system and now it appears Hybe has joined them?? I certainly hope not! I wonder if that is why Suga didn't have any Europe events? Dynamic pricing is illegal and not allowed in Europe. Could be why Hybe didn't book any dates for us. AND I wonder if their disastrous fight to get SM entertainment meant they lost a lot of money? Could be entirely wrong, but it makes you wonder. I hope Army's reaction will make them change their mind. I've never been to a BTS concert, and with this situation I don't think I ever will. 😭😭😭😭

If you ever see random sensoring ("bleeps") in bangtan's videos, and it's clear they're not cursing– it's usually bc they mentioned a brand name. Legally they don't mention brand names, so editors sensor it haha

Seneca

Dynamic pricing is useful from a companies point of view since it provides a venue to gain more while selling more. It allows the companies to provide discounts for overstocked products to reduce their numbers or have a higher price on higher demand items to maintain the supply chain while earning more revenue. It can be used to boost either profit or sales. With higher demand the prices can rise exponentially, so companies can make the most out of the demand. Dynamic pricing can be good for companies, but it has many disadvantages for costumers. Using it on products means that customers purchasing the same product but at even slightly different times ends up paying more than the other. Using it on products with higher demand means that costumers are forced to pay horrendous prices just because they share their interests with many other people. Usually, a higher demand leads to rising prices, but not exponentially. On top of that, using dynamic pricing can cause significant price fluctuations in the market segment. Indeed, dynamic pricing reduces the problem with the scalpers who makes money on the labour of the artist while not compensating the performer, but the costumers end up paying scalpers prices either way. So by using it, scalping is reduced at the expense of the costumers. It is a very controversial topic in regards to Bighit/Hybe, since Bighit started with the concept ‘Music for healing‘ and ’We believe in music’ under Hybe and was build with the help of army - people (rich and poor) who believe in and support the seven members of BTS. BTS and army have a special relationship that was never seen before. The members themselves said openly that they don’t mind army watching illegal livestreams, if they can’t afford more. That’s how trusting and close they are. BTS and Hybe was build on army’s trust by doing free livestreams, having affordable prices and doing things for free like Run BTS to bring fans and artists closer. By using dynamic pricing Hybe contradicts all of their own believes and words. Hence, why army are passionate and loud against dynamic pricing. In order to fight this capitalist exploitation, they trend hashtags, write emails to Hybe and cancel non music related orders on Weverse in masses.

I love the classroom skit and the police station skits lol 🤣💜🤗 cannot wait for you to get to more Run BTS

Episode 11 is my favorite omg🤣💜

So Da

Episode 6 is an interesting one. I'm never quite sure what to think about it. But tonight I laughed right along with you. Dynamic pricing might make sense for airline tickets or hotels rooms, but they don't make sense (to me ) when the tickets will be all gone in 20 minutes. The ARMYs who get in first and buy the best seats end up paying less than someone who got in towards the end and has to buy seats in nose-bleed. That's just not right. IMHO, the prices should be fixed and posted in advance so that concert goers and can buy with their own budget in mind. Can you imagine going to a store to buy something, let's say a Widget. The price tag on the Widget says it's $1.00. If $1.00 is acceptable to the buyer they take the Widget to the cashier and suddenly it's $10.00. That's not an environment that creates a sense of trust. Will people keep buying Widgets if they can't predict the cost? I don't know the answer tio that. I guess we will have to watch and see what happens. My Suga tickets kept jumping dramatically when I put them in my cart. I was buying for a group of friends and I couldn't tell them after the fact that the tickets were $1,000.00 each. They would probably be not too happy with me. I ended up not buying directly from TM. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. I am excited to see the vlog on Saturday!!!!

No YouTube or Vimeo link? 🥺 For some reason patreon embedded videos always buffer so badly for me and rarely play in HD

Alice

Let's hope they halt this and keep Army's future support a priority.

Stay strong Jared and Jordan 😂 only maybe 150 more to go 😂😂😂 I'm happy that you both enjoyed this one. You got this!

Yara

Jared, the info you received about V and JK is correct! Everyone should be headed towards the military next year which means that they all will not be out by 2025. Some of them will be out in that year, but it seems more like 2026.

Precious Lafleur

They weren't seasoned actors here yet, the skits get better in the future.

Karla24.wintaebear

The same way we stand for BTS we stand for eachother. Hybe owns us fairness.

Yara

We are helping BTS by calling out Hybe. We HAVE to voice this or next thing we know, Hybe will be just a schemeful money-hungry machine just like the rest of the industry.

Yara

Dynamic pricing is a betrayal to fans who have always been there and supported monetarily for years. You guys have seen that we buy music more than any other fandom. I don't mind if tickets cost a bit more, but every army should be able to afford concerts, not just the rich or the fan sites and stalkers. They are making armys choose between buying music, supporting through merch and paid content and seeing BTS (or other hybe artists) in concert

fox

We are not really shy to talk to hybe, the only problem is how not to bring bad reputation to the boys, because for years the media have been very virulent to the boys by taking us apart, clamming it’s our fault. They have often used us as emotional blackmail to gain something from them, so yes we are trying to find a balance between blaming the compagny without the titles including their name. It's really an unfair feeling as a fan but what is most concerning is the panic they have take on with this project. They want money quickly to reassure their shareholders, since the members' announcement of a break, there’s this constance worry. It seems that they have really forgotten us or perhaps underestimates us too much, which is surprising with all the data. There is really this desire feeling that they no longer want to make efforts for the fans, because it is something that evolves too fast. Yet it is an effort of compromise, we are ready to make it, but they could at least have included us in the dialogue. Notify us. Yes, the feeling of betrayal, disappointment is in order. We can accept higher rates, simply because of the current situation. We sent business plans to hybe to find another way to make money, in which we are willing to pay money. Other fandoms have joined us, for specific requests according to the group. But it's terrible that people like us have to intervene in the plans of a multinational while people are paid for it. But we are consumers, so it is our right to claim.

lach

Tae did a try not to laugh challenge last year right before the premiere of Proof Live Concert with Anderson Paak. He burst out laughing watching another try not to laugh "spanking game" featuring himself and other BTS members. It was such a cute and funny vlive, I was smiling throughout the whole thing 😝 I'll share the links down below for both clips (the vlive in its entirety is found on Weverse with the title "End of Recording"): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TDBqp7_WjA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z52BJ-SBHlM

I wasn't aware of this nonsense before J&J's post. Did my research and I already started to voice this on weverse and twt. The same way I stand for BTS I'm going to stand for ARMY. This is unacceptable.

Yara

I wonder if this “dynamic pricing “ is a cash grab to make up for the fact that there will be no BTS concerts until after 2025 at the earliest. Ordering merchandise from Weverse is not sustainable as Canada 🇨🇦 is relegated as “other” and pricing is in US dollars. Considering that our dollar is worth about .74 cents per US dollar, with taxes and export fees added on, you’re paying almost double the price right off the bat with weeks if not months in wait time for delivery. I’ve seen photos of damaged items and the process for refunds is lengthy if not impossible. It’s not worth it. Definitely 1/4 pushups count! Do not pick on Hobi. He’s perfect and the 🚿👀😉. Thanks guys for the giggles today. 🫶🏻💜💜😁🇨🇦

i already saw someone above explain dynamic so i won’t. however i will say army is being very proactive about this. we’re canceling weverse order in protest, trending hashtags, and even k army have been writing articles on naver to spread the word. plus they’re trying to help us with the weverse fiasco too. i personally think hybe has lost their damn mind. bts and army built that company from the ground up. if they didn’t have us, they wouldn’t exist. it feels like they’re spitting on all that we’ve done for them. i know the tannies don’t agree with this either. they’ve been very vocal about this sort of stuff. jin even once came on weverse to tell us he saw the prices for his pajama set and said not to buy it bc it was too expensive. like i said, even karmy are appalled for us. a floor ticket in korea is so much cheaper than it is here. like $100 max. they don’t understand why they’re punishing us for being international fans. if hybe goes through with dynamic, it’ll literally be cheaper to go to korea for the concerts. i’m trying to be positive tho. they’ve done stuff we haven’t liked before and changed it after seeing how angry we got. so there’s hope yet. also, it’s not like they’re pushing for cash. they may have taken a hit from the break but it’s nowhere near enough to justify this. however, if they really want to make it up, there’s better ways. we’ve been asking FOR YEARS to rerun merch like dvd sets and the artist collection. it would be gone in secs and would make them millions. as someone who works in this sort of industry it’s truly insane to see them do this. they were built off of putting music first when it was just bts and army. that’s why they succeeded. they’re literally turning their backs on their values. from a business standpoint, their shooting themselves in the foot.

Awww Liz not true. Concert vlog coming Saturday. You can relive it through Jared and Jordan while I live it vicariously through all of you since I’ve never been to a BTS concert. 😭🫂🫶🏻💜🇨🇦

My pcd hit this morning when I realized my concert was over and I have nothing to look forward to anymore 😞

Hi guys commenting a little prematurely but the reason why ARMYs are so mad is not the premium prices itself but how sneaky it is, so how it would work is, you'd click on a seat costing say, $150 and by the time you clear all steps and your only step is to fully check out/pay, and if others are trying to get the same seat, the page would refresh and the same seat would cost $1000 based on the "demand", this exact thing happened to me and many other ARMYs. My section 106 ticket cost $1032/each, and we were REFUSED refunds. At least give us the option to pay the premium price from the start, don't sneak it in there with the nerves and chaos of ticketing hoping we don't notice until it is too late. We already financially support BTS in every aspect, including all the other fandoms under Hybe, their groups are doing well, hell, Seventeen just sold 3m+ copies of their new album THIS WEEK. Hybe is not strapped for cash, they're being greedy and to apply this atrocity to the fandom that has BUILT that company? Hybe is only 2 years old, ARMYs took them from renting a couple floors and we built that pretty glass building in Seoul. We love BTS and that will never change, but Hybe has to know that they cannot take our love and exploit it. Hybe promised to be different from the other labels in the industry and we'll make sure they keep that promise, come hell or high water. I hope ARMYs & Hybe group fandoms can stand together and cancel all non-album merch orders on Weverse, to send a message to Hybe. State losing HUNDREDS of dollars of disposable cash to Dynamic Pricing has resulted in you no longer being able to afford that item in the comments of your cancellation request. #NoDynamicPricing #F*ckCapitalism
