I didnt see the comment when I briefly scanned through them. The falling monster truck is CGI. If you look at the video and pause it to do a comparison, the one sitting there is shiny. The one that was dropped is kind of faded and just looks like an animation. Plus, you have to remember, Hobi is a huge scardy cat. Literally scared of just about everything. If they had truly dropped a monster truck while he was filming, he would have reacted. Every time.

To answer that feeling you had Jared, as someone that has been here since pre-debut, I look at this as moments, just like Jordan said. As with any relationship, there are moments and first times and highs. Part of the magic of this relationship bts x army is knowing that there are many more highs to come. As BTS has said, our best moments are coming. Since this performance came out, you can already see how many more moments they have given to us. More moments like their first OT7 single after enlistment is coming. Their next concert or tour will be a moment. Any collabs or future announcements will be a moment. Even the merch, episodes, and BTS are a moment. We are constantly growing and evolving in this relationship with BTS and that high will always be there, just in different ways. I think part of what you feel may be just a result of that. That empathy and passion you have for bts x army. And to your point, we will never spoil anything for you but only cheer for you both and answer questions for you along the way :)

Sometimes I'm reduced to a blubbering, screaming, chaotic mess and other times I'm stunned into silence. There's no right answer into handling them. Finally you got to see OT7 CNS!! Muster Sowoozoo was such a special concert cuz of the OT7 Daechwita and CNS!! "How do I deal with the sadness?" You accept that as an ARMY, you'll forever have those feelings. But you also realise you're definitely not the only person who feels that way. However, we find comfort in the fact that no matter how much content we watch, there will ALWAYS be something we haven't seen. I've been an ARMY since 2016, and there's still so much content I'm yet to watch (and I consume their content daily). And because there IS so much content, you can go back in a year's time, and rewatch something and you'll always notice something new in it.

I was soooooooo waiting for this one from the beginning! CNS was my gateway drug into BTS, specifically Hobi's dancing. As a dancer from childhood, I was blown away by him and just wanted to know more. And now here I am, obsessed with 7 men from Korea!! The OT7 version is so special. Funny enough I have one of those ipods- and still use it. I got the last model that was made. Get used to watching them enjoy some grub especially when you get to In the Soop. Now I want french toast! How do you handle these moments? You watch them over again and you see more heart come from each view. How many artists mainstream have shows appropriate to have kids dancing on stage with them. Who performs to Army facetime tv screens in real time? Who would have thought a Korean rapper and a latin artist would do a collab speaking three languages and not have any language barrier when it came to their art? Don't be sad, BTS comes at you from so many angles to enjoy (but Jared I understand what you mean). I watched the Hope in the Box docu yesterday and it was emotional view into hope's world. "Important business" is a Hobi/ARMY inside joke! About the truck: A good rule of thumb is that with BTS if you think it's got to be CGI, it's not! For things that are meant to look surreal like the set in EGO, yeah, CGI - but explosions, fires, masses of water, floors falling, this truck falling from the sky - not CGI. They've already done a car falling from the sky in the Fire video.

I understand what you mean about feeling that you could never have that "first time experience" again once you have seen something you love, I get that often after reading a great book or seeing an amazing movie too. Here's the thing with BTS though, I think I have seen the bulk of their content, but a lot of it gets better with every watch. Going back to content I hadn't seen in a while I pick up new things and often think "wow, now I remember why I loved that so much!" I do hear people talking often about "post concert depression" and although I understand it, it wasn't that way for me. Having discovered BTS at the very beginning of Covid lockdowns, I felt so sad thinking I would probably never get to see them in concert, but it quickly rose to the very top of my bucket list. I was lucky enough to see them in Vegas and even though I would love to see them again, I feel like I can ride that high forever. We are also so blessed with BTS putting out such massive amounts of content (and now x 7 of solo activities). I have other artists I admire who I have been waiting 3 years for them to release absolutely anything new to see or hear. Loving Bangtan is a full time job of the best kind! It doesn't pay well, but it's oh so good for the heart and soul. Thanks for the great deep dives into Hobi content. I can't wait to watch the documentary with you all.

Part 1, EGO on YouTube (V, JK, and Jimin): That little room was for noraebang (노래방) which is kind of a Korean version of karaoke. Unlike the karaoke we know in the US (I can't speak to other countries), you do noraebang alone or with a group of friends in a little room. Noraebong translates directly as song room (bang = 방 = room). It's popular for people to do noraebang even by themselves - go in the little room and sing for a while. There are huge buildings with lots of these little rooms for noraebang - it's that popular! You choose the song you want by number, the lyrics are on a screen so you can follow, and it's an instrumental version made for specifically for noraebang (like at a karaoke bar in the US - again, can't speak to other countries). So there's not an actual disco or trot version of EGO - it was just made by the producer of this noraebang version. The guys were being silly just like people might do with their friends at the karaoke bars we know in the US. Y'all need to try it when you go to Korea!

I can't even explain how happy I was when Big Hit dropped that vid on YT because it was so much better than the actual live performance. V's mic was off for almost half of his rap, the cameras were just a little off and they didn't always get the best angles of the performance and this YT vid was exactly what I needed to truly feel the greatness of OT7 CNS. Obviously I didn't feel the same excitement that I did the first time around but just knowing that I'd be able to relive and rewatch it any time I felt like it, it was enough to sort of cancel out that sadness you mentioned. Yes, nothing will ever feel the same way it does when you first discover it, but I find that the more you listen to a song and understand the meaning behind it there's a new feeling that replaces the other one and even rivals it. For example, when I first watched Lord of the Rings I was amazed but it definitely wasn't my favourite movie ever, but now that I've had time to learn more about the hard work and dedication that was put in behind the scenes, or about the people behind it (btw the cast decided to party with the LOTR fanclub members instead of attending an Oscars afterparty after they won a major award for the 3rd movie, how adorable) it has made me love it even more over time and has slowly been climbing up the rankings with each rewatch. I think that a lot of people can relate to that with BTS because they heard a song that they enjoyed and decided to watch other videos out of curiosity. For me House of Cards, Pied Piper and Dope, but Life Goes On really made me look more into the group (I know I'm a baby). These songs honestly changed my perspective of BTS and the music they make as a whole and are now so much more meaningful and fun to listen to now that I know the lyrics and know the boys on a deeper level. I'm sure you guys felt the same way with Black Swan, you enjoyed the song in general but now that you've fallen down the BTS rabbit hole everything they do (behind the scenes or not) makes their music more enjoyable. To bring it all back to my point, the feelings that I feel after pulling back the curtain and understanding the time and effort and fun that BTS puts into every single thing they do has given me so much more of an appreciation for their music each time I return to a song or a random video pops up on my YT. I think it's a mixture of nostalgia from when I first heard/watched these things and being grateful that I even took the opportunity to dive deeper in the beginning and where it has led me to, I'm so much happier than I was back then and I can truly appreciate the songs as a whole and not just as something that randomly comes up in a playlist every now and then. I hope that made sense? LMAO I'm not great at explaining things but I still try my best.

i know how you feel when you get sad after experiencing something like that. i feel like many people understand how you feel. after a concert i get post-concert-depression. when the lights turn on and everyone’s leaving and you’re just left with that empty feeling and you wish and pray to relive that beautiful experience you just had. sometimes you don’r even remember half of the concert but you remember that feeling. for ex my best friend went to see abel (The Weeknd) recently at MetLife and she said she doesn’t remember a thing from the concert but she was just so happy to be there and i feel like that happens a lot. experiences like these are as if you stepped into another world and when you leave that world you’re left wanting more.

Ahhhhhh!!!! Watching OT7 performances always makes me so happy and makes me week as well! Jhope smile and laughter just adds years to my life. I can just hear his laughs and I just automatically laugh as well lol. Regarding Maknae line, they do have a very special connection with Hobi 😊there are videos on YouTube with their lovely moments. They seem to follow their Hobi Hyung along everywhere. And Hobi just do whatever fun Maknae line does. I really recommend to watch Jhope in the box! So so so happy you decided to react to this one too, it was so much fun reliving these vlogs and performances with you guys! On Jared's point, watching content I love with my fave reactors is kinda like watching it for the first time again. The second-hand excitement hits you as if you were the one experiencing it! And that's why I support you guys and what you do 😘 The j-hope documentary on disney+ was INCREDIBLE. I won't spoil it for you, but we got to see EVERYTHING abt the album's production process and lollapalooza in such an intimate way... the most intimate any of the members have ever been imo. You guys are gonna love it!

I have such massive respect for how he showed love and payed (in $’s and honour) homage to the original creator and the dancers and everyone involved with this MV. I’m OT7 but he was the one I noticed first in Carpool Karaoke when I first discovered BTS in 2021. He’s special (as they all are) . Jordan, your birthdays rap was next level. there’s so much i wanna say so sorry for the long comment in advance. 1) i absolutely love becky and hobi’s friendship. you’re right they have this connection with one another i really just can’t explain. i hope we get more from them tbh. 2) pls watch more of the vlogs! i adore them sm. i feel like you get to see a side of them you don’t often get from other types of bts stuff like bangtan bombs. they just put out 7, one for each member, pretty recently that were a joy to watch. 3) i think it’s very cute how all of the members miss eo sm the moment they aren’t together. i can’t imagine being separated is easy for them. they’ve basically been attached at the hip since 2011-2012. the amount of separation anxiety i get without my friends sometimes is bad so i can assume it’s about 12x worse for them. 4) soowoozoo is amazing and actually one of my favorite concerts we’ve ever gotten. it’s a shame it didn’t get to happen with an actual crowd. i need y’all to see the whole thing soon! 5) i get what you mean about being sad after watching something like the ot7 performance. nothing ever compares to watching something like that for the 1st time. i deal with it very strangely tbh. i actually avoid watching my favorite performances a lot. i try to space it out enough that i sorta forget how much i love it. so when i do rewatch it it’s almost like the first time again. it won’t ever be exactly the same obviously but it does a pretty decent job of getting close to it. 6) i really can’t wait for y’all to watch jhope in the box. it was so interesting. i’ve never seen this side of hobi to this extent before and they showed us stuff that they never really did before. i don’t want to spoil so i can’t say what exactly but its definitely a must watch.

What Jared was saying about feeling down after... I think a lot of us get that post-concert depression so you're really not alone. Personally that's why it's fun having a community to talk to and reactors to watch to help share and relive some of that joy :D Plus BTS aren't going anywhere! Hello a North New Jersey native here. Growing up this song had a huge impact on New York and New Jersey children. I always noticed that jhope would do little dances during performances/concerts etc and I would literally ask myself “Is he doing the chicken noddle soup?!” I still find it so fascinating how little songs or dances from my childhood can find it’s way to different countries and influence people there.
