We realize that there is still quite a bit of BUTTER-related content left for us to consume. And we're a bit bummed that we forgot to include the Bangtan Bomb of BTS meeting Megan Thee Stallion. BUT DON'T WORRY…we will get to it all eventually!!

2023-02-18 00:31:01 +0000 UTCThe choreo they used on the Jimmy Fallon show is the original if I'm not mistaken and the choreo for the Grammy performance is different for that specific special performance. They regularly do things that way depending on the different stages/ venues they're performing in. I think they change it up to give it a fresh feel even though its the same song. Similar to what you mentioned in simply changing the background. Also similar to how they include awesome dance breaks during concerts. Thanks for the reactions I love watching you two consume it all. I know its a lot but I hope you're enjoying the ride.💜

She said it was her dream to work with BTS and her record company fought her about it. She didn’t understand why they had a problem with it, but she won in the end. The second day the choreographer Nick was even there that whole time while they filmed . He’s the one going through it with them. Also I did noticed it spelled ARMY the first time I watched. I was focused on RM for his part, I saw how he pointed back while he said got ARMY right behind us. So I looked behind him lol It’s thanks to RM that I noticed it.

I'm living for this Butter feast and really happy you're enjoying all this content so much. Since you alluded to liking easter eggs I figured I would try showing you a few. People might have pointed what I'm about to write before, especially since the reaction to the MV came out a few days ago already, but watching you catch on the the ARMY part made me think about a couple of cool stuff you missed. So just in case nobody else mentionned it or you happen to see this comment rather than another one, I'd like to point out a couple Easter eggs from the MV. First of all, the elevator scene. There's a few things about that elevator that you might not notice if you don't watch the behind the scenes or if you'renot crazy about making up theories like me haha. I won't spoil what RM says in the MV shoot sketch in case you plan to watch it but there's a detail I think wasn't included in any video, regarding the buttons V is pressing while entering the elevator. I came up with it on my own and they might have confirmed it somewhere but I'm not sure so just know that this might be off. There's a very short scene where we can see V pressing buttons in the elevator and we can see that there's 7 buttons with the numbers "B1, B2, B3, ..., B7" that I think represent the members. The B would stand for BTS and there's 7 cause BTS is 7. There's also a button with the BTS logo and a button with the ARMY logo. Finally, the button V is pressing as an "A" on it which I think represents ARMY. It's also next to the BTS buttons as the eighth one and BTS have said that ARMY is the eighth member. It also goes with what RM said in the shooting sketch (I'm letting you put two and two together yourselves on that one haha). Then, they might mention it in the shooting sketch so I won't get into details to avoid spoilers, but if you like little easter eggs you should look into the mug shot signs they're holding (no idea how you call those or if there's even a word for it sorry). I also would like to say that I just love how they made so many version of the choreography! The dance break from the version they performed on the bridge is the one of my favorite BTS dance breaks ever (with ON's) and every version is amazing in its own way. But there's one, a little less impressive, yet still very cool dance move that I particularly love because of its meaning. At one point during the chorus part they kiss their hands which doesn't seem like anything but is actually a really cute shout out to ARMY as they are kissing the spot where JK's tattoo of the ARMY logo is (you can see it rather clearly on the thumbnail of the Jimmy Fallon performance). So in conclusion, this song is not only a bop but also the cutest thank you to ARMYs and I live for it.

I remember hearing people scream during jimins part and I was kinda confused why since nothing really had happened and it wasn’t until I saw Megan on the screen did I realize what was happening lmao everyone was so hype when she came out!! Due to Covid BTS didn't come to the show personally but there were several performances (all filmed in Korea) for this show besides Butter: Dynamite, Mikrokosmos, Idol, Black Swan and an interview via Zoom... These performances are all stunning and impressive and worth watching, too. And there is so much more Jimmy Fallon/BTS related content. Of all Talk show hosts I like the interaction with him the most because you can see that he adores our boys honestly.

Also, another thing to add if you notice JK kissing his hand, he is actually kissing the ARMY on this video (ie he is kissing his hand where the letters A R M Y are tattooed) so yes. that is what that action meant.

Megan was so much fun on this track! Like there was so much drama trying to get it released (she had to sue her label with BigHit's attorneys' help and pay her label $100,000 so ARMY turned around and raised $100,000 for a couple of charities she's shown support for to support her) but it was worth it. It was a very friendly collab. I actually was there the night she came out and joined them! It was such a fun surprise!

Like Namjoon on the bridge with that deimpled smirk had me melting. D2 was the only one that I didn't attend although I watched it through a live stream and I lost it. Army went crazy! Jimin vs chairs will always be a saga 😂 also I think lots of times we tend to forget that jhope is dance leader because of his personality sometimes. When you guys said oh jhope sounds like Namjoon right there in my mind I went “yeah he’s their leader”. Dance leader holds a lot of weight. He’s the first to learn choreo. He’s the one that teaches it to the other members. He’s the one that helps the other members when they don’t understand moves. He’s the one that leads practices. He’s the one that monitors dances in mvs for mistakes and imperfections. His job holds a lot of weight so he naturally has a leading mentality to him. and in Namjoon’s absence even when it isn’t dance related you can see hobi take over a leader role. There’s this one interview where you could tell Namjoon was mentally exhausted. They had a entire day of English interviews and for anyone that is bilingual and has to speak the language that isn’t their mother tongue all day and translate to others, that can be exhausting. Hoseok saw Namjoon was struggling to answer a question and he spoke up the staff to get the translators to help Namjoon out. Namjoon always says that if he weren’t able to be the leader that Hoseok would step up. I call him bangtan’s Vice President because if you watch him closely you can see just how much he leads even when he doesn’t speak (much like Namjoon). The 94s are a dynamic leader duo and when Namjoon gets tired and weary Hoseok is there to help him out.

One thing I love about them is they all made mistakes at different times or weren’t happy with the cut but you never saw them give each other a hard time about it. Always in it together & willing to continue doing it if they all aren’t satisfied even if they are tired. With the Megan performance I loved how they all were so inclusive to her in the performance. When she was done with her part & tried to move to the side you saw them encourage her to stay out front with them. I thought it was sweet they put her front & center. Also there is a bangtan bomb where they met her in NY I think for the first time (& her dog). They all seemed to enjoy hanging out together & they taught her the hand signals from the 3J dance.

We first found out about the collab when Megan filed a TRO against her label. They did not want her to release this remix, they thought it would be bad for her career (whatever!). The judge granted her TRO and the next day the remix was released. The way she fought to get this remix out will forever make me a fan. ARMY raised around $100,000 and donated it to various charities in her name as a thank you. And the bridge performance - when i first saw it on the Tonight Show I cried big fat tears. It looked so magnificent and I felt so proud of them. Kind of a silly song to cry to, but Bangtan just does that us sometimes.

Each performance they do has new elements and it's so nice when Army gets surprises like this. They performed Dynamite over 30 times before PTD happaned and each one was different, in scenery, costume, theme, remix. Army stays alert for whats next and it keeps the artists(BTS) From getting bored with their own song. Learning choreography, the ratio averages that it takes 1 hour to learn 1 minute length of choreography. The behind the scenes process of performance.. many hours to master something so short. After they said final take, that was a practice day, and another occasion when they were wearing all white. That first day is to work out the kinks, blocking, and the camera crew to know their place.(my guess) Jhope is so precise and detailed I enjoy watching him work and attack every accent. That was the choreographer that stepped in with the dark pants. This dance was only made for this video and has not been performed any other time to this date.

Funnily enough, this whole collab was found out through TMZ out of all places because her label tried to block the collab lmao. we had to sort through court files and make sense of the collab lmao. we are so grateful she came out. we all changed our twitter layout for the collab and Megan joined in! then we made her bully BTS into doing the same lol.
