Exciting News!! (VN2 Officially)

I'm back from vacation and lemme tell ya: It was just what the doctor ordered! We were on the actual vacation part, in a beautiful vacation home on the Oregon Coast for 4 days. We unplugged, unwound, slept, swam, hot tubbed, ate good food and enjoyed spending time on the beach, in hammocks, and listening to music with friends. It was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. (It did a lot for the hubby too!)

The next 3 days were staycation, although, I ended up working very hard during them! (Don't feel bad, it was exactly what I wanted to be doing!) For reasons I can't fully understand I got completely immersed back into my writing. I wrote like 30 pages and edited/rewrote about 80 others. Why is this important? Well it's the story for my second visual novel, that's why! That's right folks, time for another visual novel, this one about three times the size of Maybe Valentine's Day isn't the Worst! Apparently I just needed time away from drawing, while being at home for several days for my brain to go, 'this is the perfect time to get some storytelling done!' When I tell you that I have done almost nothing except write for the last 5 days: Believe me. I have been a man possessed!

What does this mean for Patreon? Well only good things, certainly. There might be a little less art this month because I have been doing a ton of writing, which unfortunately is not in a state that I can share, but I promise to get back to illustration very soon. I should have a close to final draft of the novel done within the next couple of weeks and then I'm sending that off to my editors, at which point I would guess another month or so until writing is complete. WOO! While they are handling some editing passes, I will be back to work as usual, drawing hot dudes and making polls, and there might even be a new contest coming up soon!

Once I start the art assets for the VN, they will take some serious time and effort, and yes I will be posting them here. There's gonna be a substantial amount of work I need to do still, but you'll get to see most of it in progress and I hope you folks are excited to be part of the journey, it's gonna be a fun ride!

What is the VN about? Well some of you in my discord probably already know but I am taking my most popular erotic fantasy novel about a certain wizard and his man and rewriting most of it/adding to it to create the most ambitious project I've worked on yet! Stay tuned! <3
