Contest! - Who is the Mysterious King?

The first one of you to reply to this post in the comments with the correct title of this King, AND what media he's from wins a prize!
If there is no winner by this coming Tuesday I will post a hint, and so on until someone gets it!
The prize is a sketch commission from me! I almost never do commission work so this prize is exceedingly rare! I'll sketch a daddy character (R34 or oc of mine) for you wearing as much or as little as you want in a pose of your choosing.
