Happy Thanksgiving & November Update

Hey folks, I really hope all of my U.S. brethren have a happy and safe Thanksgiving today! To everyone else, have a wonderful Thursday. Look forward to reading/hearing my Dinovember story and checking out the companion illustration later this month! My husband and I will be hanging out with our small Covid pod for a potluck style Thanksgiving at our friend's, and I'm excited to gorge myself on mashed potatoes and Martinelli's sparkling cider! XD

I wanted to thank and welcome all of my new patrons over the last couple of months, I hope you're enjoying my content here! And equally important, a huge thank you to my ongoing patrons who continue to support me and excite me to produce new material every week! I've been creating content for Patreon as my main source of income for 22 months now, and I still love doing it, even when I'm close to overwhelmed, lol.

I was hoping I could avoid this particular update but my husband has now been without a job for several months but continues to have interviews. We're both very hopeful that he finds something soon. He is extremely talented and we have no doubt that someone will offer him a position. In the meantime it just puts a lot of extra pressure on me and my patreon, which I'm trying very hard not to let stress me out completely.

I was not able to get my Kobold's Bodyguard page done in time this month so it will get posted in early December. What with writing two stories, many illustrations, and other projects this month, I simply spread myself too thin and ran out of time. I even planned to work today but was basically begged by the hubby and my discord patrons to take the holiday off. It was good advice, I need the breather.

I'm doing pretty well all considered. But, I did want to give a brief update about things and also thank all of you again for your continued support of my work, and the artist who makes it. This Thanksgiving, I am most thankful for all of you. You allow me to do what I love for my living, and honestly, if I didn't have this job to look forward to, sometimes stress over, and always work my butt off for, I likely would be doing far worse than I am. I sincerely hope you're all having a fantastic day, staying safe, happy, and healthy.
