Dragon Ball Z Gallery of Hunks (W.I.P.)
Added 2019-12-14 02:40:32 +0000 UTCIt's been awhile since I tackled a project this size, and unsurprisingly, it takes some time! Usually you folks don't get to see my work at the end of the rough sketch phase, so I thought I would show you that instead of the finished ink stage, partially because I haven't finished the ink stage yet!
So the 7 men I chose from one of my favorite animated series, from upper left and coming around clockwise are: Mr. Satan (cameo w/ Majin Buu), Nappa, Piccolo (Cameo w/ Gohan), A saiyan great ape (Oozaru), Ox King (cameo w/ Roshi), Dabura, and King Furry. When this illustration set is done later this month I'll go into a little bit more of why I chose each one!
For those interested, I urge you to compare this stage of the artwork with its finished one later this month. To see which lines I kept, and what details were changed.

Hate Piccolo?! Wtf Mog! Lol. I only dislike that he became completely irrelevant later in the show due to insane power creep, but during the saiyan saga he was my favorite. Grumpy old green bean. :)
