I was introduced to wayne with tha carter 3 and never went back to 2 so this was interesting to hear , much appreciated !

What I love most about the tracks that didn’t connect with you as much is all the little flows and schemes he’s trying out throughout the verses. This record to me is more about the flows, he really got a handle on the lyrics on mixtapes like Da Drought 3 and of course Tha Carter III

2021-11-26 03:27:20 +0000 UTCGreat album. It's the first record on Cashmoney Records without Mannie Fresh handling all the production. He left Cashmoney bc over issues with money. Soon after all of the OG Hot Boyz (Juvenile, BG, Young Turk, Lil Wayne) would leave for the same reasons except Wayne.
