You could try something interesting with the second one where instead of the best friend visiting you in the hospital it could be your bully, obviously you’d have to come up with a reason for why that is but idk it could be interesting. Maybe like a, they bully you but they need to check that you’re okay because they’re secretly worried about you, y’know some enemies to lovers type shit. Just an idea
