Rock has many sub-genres and it’s time to recognize that hip-hop and rap does too. There’s boy bands like BROCKHAMPTON and more hardcore artists like Denzel now and they should get some respect for stepping out of the box. Even Carti deserves that respect, they’ve all, essentially, created their own sub-genres that should be recognized.
