Wooyoung can get away with messing with people a lot I think because he can say it's in the name of content. Winning too fast or too easily isn't as good for the show. They've had shows like that, and even here with that whole "we thought Wooyoung would slow you down" thing. There are several "Since you finished so fast about about doing..." moments. So he can be a right menace and know he'll get away with it. I bet he loves it.
