It's really fun revisiting this early self-torture of Raika's, and playing with the thematics of imprisonment and such! I do think the lack of a central antagonist at this junction hurts the story a bit, so I am hoping to center the Purp sect a little bit more in the next few wordings, but it's pretty dang good overall anyways.
