The Cat Café - process gif

It should loop after the last frame is on for 5 seconds.

Pulling all the colors together with a color balance or gradient map layer, or adding a solid color over everything at a low opacity. This will add a color theme that pulls the image together a bit. Throwing a few multiply layers down on your background to pull the characters off of it a bit and add some value range to your image. Introducing some brighter elements to draw the eye so we have some bright valued areas to draw the eyes and not just high saturation areas. I'll send you an example over discord!
