Growls and Gurgles!
Added 2022-09-28 09:24:33 +0000 UTCYesterday I woke up in the early hours of the morning to find all kinds of orchestral noises coming from my gut! I had so much gas, I felt really bloated and I could feel air bubbles moving around inside me like crazy causing uncomfortable gurgles while my stomach itself felt so empty I had horrendous hunger pangs which caused painful rumbles. Apparently 6 slices of toast before bed wasn’t enough!!
I recorded a few minutes of the noises that came from inside me although I missed some of the loudest growls early on (the ones that woke me up) while trying to get my iPad ready to record them. My appetite has no signs of diminishing at the moment though so hopefully this will happen again
see if you can wor out which noises are hunger and which are has, and also listen for the jnternal noises later on as I let a long stream of air out if my butt with a long, gassy fart! I wish I could say I felt better after that but I was still bloated as hell and the rest rumbled around inside me for hours until it was ready to exit!
