123: Skell - (aka "Helter Skelter") (Set)
Added 2019-05-08 06:50:07 +0000 UTC2016, my speedster OC. Her boots and gauntlets require the use of consumable, momentum-absorbing canisters that work to dispel the destructive force generated by her movement. She needs this equipment to protect both herself and the area around her.
When a canister has absorbed too much shock, it is ejected and discarded where it can safely radiate the built-up energy over time. However, the system can be manipulated to rapidly release that energy in order to provide dangerous offensive capabilities.
