Lactulose Belly - Part 1!

Here’s the first part of the lactulose video! With apologises again for the fact that the quality isn’t great. I’m doing my best to work towards getting all the equipment I need to make much better, higher quality videos again. I‘m sorry that it’ll take a while to get there, and I can’t thank you enough for your patience and support 💙

As I’ve said before, this was recorded on my old ipad because I needed to be able to connect the mic, and that means there are some odd camera glitches where a strange black circular border has appeared in a few segments. I honestly have no idea why and there wasn’t anything I could do about it unfortunately, I didn’t know until it was too late. Also the sound has gone out of sync near the end - i’m so sorry. The editing app on my iPad isn’t great either and this happens occasionally. Ideally I need an iPad or desktop to be able to edit videos the way I used to, but in the meanwhile I don‘t think it impacts the video too much since I didn’t record my face in this vid so the only things that are out of time are a few belly slaps and sloshes. None the less, i‘m really sorry x

now onto the fun stuff: 

the video starts with me talking candidly for 10 minutes about some of my recent stomach issues while I play with my soft gut. I talk about how I’ve been suffering with some constipation and what I personally enjoy about it, and about my experiences with lactulose in the past!

Then I take a hefty dose and drink about 2 litres of water to make sure it works properly. I am amused by the sound of water splashing into water inside me so I record my internal noises as I drink with the mic pressed to my stomach. Then I slosh it around for a good while, feeling so waterlogged and heavy!

I end up having to lie down for a while and record the sloshy gurgles of my tummy as the water moves around and my digestive system starts to become more active in general. As the video goes on there are more gurgles starting to filter in alongside the liquidy sloshes and lots of belching after each big glass of water!
