Sick and Starving - gross belly noise audio!

I’m super sick right now and one of the things that always happens to me with recurrent meningitis is that I get an awfully upset stomach with horrible diarrhoea. This time was no exception. I got sick on thursday and on Friday woke up with a horribly upset stomach. I also feel horribly sick every time (and sometimes get sick too) so it makes me not want to eat anything.
Later that day my guts were still churning and gurgling with all the upsetness but my stomach was so empty it was letting out painful howls of hunger at the same time! I couldn’t move from bed to get my mic so I had to record this with the built-in mic in my iPad which isn’t great but, oh my GOD, the noises make up for that! I feel sick even listening to them 🤭
