Digestive Diary

Still struggling with my ulcers which have gotten a bit worse again but I did manage to eat some weetabix for breakfast yesterday even though I didn‘t  manage anything else until the evening when I dipped into the big stash of soup I ordered in the grocery shop and cooked two tins with a big glob of butter (which makes it taste richer but also adds a nice boost of calories) and ate them with 8 slices of bread and butter.

I was so hungry I ate it super (Souper???) fast and didn‘t realise how full I was getting, plus soup always makes me really thirsty so I drank 2 tins of coke while I was eating and after I’d finished my stomach let out this ominous bubbling groan and suddenly a massive, overstretched stomach ache started to set in. I wasn’t even anywhere near my record for the most bread I’ve eaten with soup but because i’ve not been able to eat very much lately I guess my belly wasn‘t used to it. Even belching with deep, gurgly, liquids belches didn’t relieve the pressure that much!

oh godddddd, I felt huge, huge and heavy and my poor stomach was so full it felt like it couldn’t even work on everything I’d eaten, but then I also desperately needed chocolate because... well, some tastes just compliment each other and I always need chocolate after something tomato-based! So I managed to eat a couple of Cadbury’s twirls with milk and then felt even worse! I flopped back on the bed and ran my hands back and forth over my rounded, bloated stomach, feeling it returning to form, it was sticking up in front of me all domed out and I couldn’t believe how rotund I felt! I had to beg luce for a tummy rub and boy, she’s so damn good at that! She rubbed my poor bloated tummy firmly but carefully and with love, not to mention her hand slipped lower and delivered a different kind of relief!

When I sat back up my stomach sloshed audibly and my face reddened, and with every movement I farted! I guess that tummy rub helped a lot of other things too! I farted and I farted, over and over, and felt the lower part of my tummy deflate a little but the top part was still full to bursting and it felt like I would never digest all that bread. That’s nowhere near my record, either! I think my record was 12 or 13 so I need to ease back up once I’m feeling better but oh my god, the feel of all that soup and all that expanding bread left me in such a full, heavy state!

I ended up falling into a bit of a food coma for a while and spooned Luce, my domed-out stomach slotting nicely into the curve of her back. There’s no better feeling than that!
