2025-10-10 21:27:40 +0000 UTCgreat reaction as always :) there were a couple of things you didn't catch and/or were confused about: 1) "What is dead may never die" is just a saying for Greyjoys, that's how they greet each other sometimes etc.; when Yara said "but kill the bastards anyway" immediately afterwards, she meant "kill the dead anyway" :) 2) oof this one hurts - Daenerys burned Randyll Tarly and Dickon Tarly alive, Sam's dad and brother, in the last season when they refused to bend the knee. i guess you didn't connect that those two were Sam's family. that's why Sam immediately started crying, it was done, she already killed them. Sam is now actually the head of the Tarly house 3) Cersei really was pregnant before sleeping with Euron, but it's not showing yet. Euron doesn't know it, but wants to get her pregnant 4) when Daenerys said "dragons are barely eating", she didn't mean that they are sad because they are in the North or something, but that there is not enough food. the Dothraki rider just told her that they caught only a small number of sheep etc., so that's not enough for dragons 5) also, when Bran said "waiting for an old friend", he meant Jaime, not sure if you caught that in the end when Jaime showed up, that that's what Bran meant :) i always loved that "old friend" detail since that was literally the ending of S01E01... :) i absolutely love both episode 2 and episode 3 of this season, can't wait for the reaction... set the screen brightness as high as possible! ^^
