F.A. - Brixxyn Ver'nas concept w/notes

Have I ever told you creating a whole alien species was incredibly hard? Well, it is, haha.

The specimen right here is one of the main characters from my comic, Fait Accompli. (I noticed I spelled his name wrong in the sketch because I keep switching from 'i' to 'y' but I wanna stick with the 'i' so bare with me, lol). Brix is from the Draxii - an ancient race that scouts planets for further expansion of their empire. They're not quite lizard and not quite mammal as their species breeds with local sentient inhabitants of the worlds they colonize, thereby preventing inbreeding and passing along traits to help future generations survive on different planets (this is also a good way of overwhelming local populations should resistance be met).

I really hope my chicken scratch notes are legible as I have terrible handwriting. I'll have more about Brixxyn in terms of personality, backstory, and lineage soon! Any question I'll be happy to answer.
