2025-08-08 23:27:43 +0000 UTCI get how the quality of the show dropped after season 4 and a lot of people call it trash after that, but honestly most of the bad writing wasn't enough to kill my enjoyment of the show and a few episodes after season 4 were in my opinion some of the best. I won't say more to avoid spoilers :D

2025-08-08 19:16:46 +0000 UTCSomehow, a part of me is saying yes. Because the show can be good and puting us in the mood. But you need to know how tell apart what is "true" and what is not. They're is too much fantasy in a setting who look true. and i'm sure many people will says "this is based on true event" and yes!! but the show is putting in one life time what happend in 2or 3 century with so many historical innacuracy (clothes, armor, laws, society, characters etc). my true problem is that the munchies aren't europeans . they didnt have that much links with the vikings as we can have here because this is part of our history and they're a lot of educationnal things on them, so we can tell what is fantasy and what isn't. I'm scared they believe everything the show says on them or how they lived and they get a false (and very bad) point of view on this people who are truly fascinating. of course, munchies will have the final decisions, but i'll be sad if they a very bad view of my favorites people in history ( wich i agreed aren't saint but not as brutal and bloodthirsthy as they are in the show. they were just humans after all). i hope you understand my point.

2025-08-08 16:15:00 +0000 UTCThe Battle of the Bastards is generally considered the best and most realistic depiction of such a battle. The way all the plans and formations fall into chaos in seconds is so horrifying. Rickon was the trap that Sansa warned Jon about, and unfortunately, Jon walked right into it. I know Sansa was right when she told Jon before the battle that Rickon was dead, but I can sympathize with Jon for trying to save him, even though it was the wrong decision. I'm not trying to be too negative each week, but Sansa's storyline is so poorly written. I mean, she knows the Knights of the Vale are coming and are not far away, and yet she doesn't say anything to Jon about it. Even worse, she tells Jon that he doesn't have enough men, yet she says nothing about the Knights of the Vale who are coming and not far away. And then after her brother and many of Jon's men, who also volunteered to fight for Sansa, died. She arrives with the Knights of the Vale and grins as if she has won the battle. That is bad writing just to create a dramatic moment for Sansa. What makes the giant's death even sadder is that he was the last of his kind. At least he had a heroic end, and I also like the final moment between him and Jon. You can feel the respect they have for each other. Well, at least Ramsay got the ending he deserved. Kudos to Ivan Rheon, he gave us a great villain you loved to hate. For me, Ramsay is the best villain in GoT, even ahead of Joffrey. And also kudos to the special effects team, Drogon looks so good. I'm already looking forward to the next episode. This was one of the few episodes where something happened that truly shocked me. That was a great reaction, as always, ladies.π

Few actors have ever created such a deplorable character, while still being so entertaining to watch. Farewell sir, you will be missed
