23. Lol there is no beauty standard when everyone looks the same. Just people following their idols appearances, very few that are original. This movie cracked me up back in the day and thats when they were on VHS as well. Good reaction to this flick, on to the next

Especially the early ones take themselves very seriously and are very slow, and then when you get to the Roger Moore era, they become too silly instead.

But your reaction to Alotta Fagina was epic. This is definitely a spoof of the James Bond movies. Names in this movie are mimicking names from the Bond movies. Alotta Fagina is similar to the character Pussy Galore. Great reaction ladies!

They really did have an Asian assassin but instead of throwing his shoe, he threw his hat to kill people. My personal favorite of the old James Bond movies is LIVE AND LET DIE. For the James Bond films they also got a famous musician to do an intro song and a lot of those songs are straight bangers. The character of Dr. Evil here is making fun of Dr. Ernst Blofeld. Donald Pleasance, who also played Dr. Loomis in Halloween, depicted the character in a few of the films. And, you did realize that the same actor is playing Austin Powers and Dr. Evil? The character ALOTTA FAGINA is making fun of a character from another James Bond film who was named PUSSY GALORE. I'm not joking. That was her name. The first Austin Power's movie didn't do too well at the box office, but did so well in VHS rentals, that they made the second film, and that was huge box office success. After the success of Austin Powers it was hard to make a James Bond film, since Austin Powers had done such a good job of making fun of them, but in 2006, they rebooted James Bond with a more serious tone starring Daniel Craig as James Bond. The first of these films is called Casino Royale.
