I'm from Boston. Everyone is called "dude" here regardless of gender or rank in the military. It is not help if it is unsolicited diet advice. Also, read the room, Sir. Maybe Maggie is tired of people commenting on her boobs, well intended or not. Maybe she doesn't have the energy to keep up with responding to everyone who is rude. You were and are being rude, and I will call you out on it and will call you out on it. Every time. You should respect these ladies, especially when they are telling you your "advice" isn't welcome or warranted.

You yourself isn't even stay on keto (according to what you wrote) I said sorry tell diets aren't good for long term goals. If your want a long term benefit, you need a long term solution. Using a diet you're going to end at some point does not necessarily help everyone make sustainable lifestyle changes & choices. Anecdotal evidence isn't evidence.

2025-02-04 16:07:51 +0000 UTCSarah....I have lost 130lbs on the Keto plan, not strict Keto except for the first 2 weeks.........then I added carbs........I've maintained my weight loss for over 2 years and do not deprive myself........if Keto wasn't so good, why are more "makers" making keto products........it's a good plan

You make me feel like I am capable of being seen by others as beautiful, but more importantly you're helping ME see myself as beautiful. As far as dieting and moving your body, there's no secret magic pill. Sarah has really good, sound advice. It sounds like she's done her due diligence as far as researching things. And having Sarah doing this side by side with you will help you motivate each other. Also, Maggie, your haircolor came out amazing! Also also, don't worry about being shy about birthday money. I'll be at your birthday live and I'll get the animations going. For 5 bucks I was able to keep you giddy at the last live for over ten minutes. I'm sure other people would spend the 5 bucks. I'll make it a thing.

Short term diets aren't good fit you unless you have a short term goal, and almost no one should be on a keto diet long term. Moderation is the key to a sustainable lifestyle change.
