Patreon Tier Changes

I'm revamping my Patreon as I intend to start activley posting here again, I changed the old multiple Tier System to just one Tier where I will post everything. I'm not really sure what happens to old/inactive patrons as I am unable to remove them, so make sure to keep an eye out for any charges on your account that is unrelated to the new Tier.
