Hey everyone
Back from the dead.
As you might have seen from my activity lately, I've been struggling with some problems for quite a while now. It's gotten bad enough that it's affecting my work.
I don't want to dwell on this too much other than telling you that I've sought out help and I apologize for the delays.
I have to delay the 0.2 release until the April 8th week, because with the disruption of my work I'm not confident enough about making it this month with all the new features properly tested and integrated.
However, I want to make up for the delay and make 0.2 a big update.
I'm doing approximately 20 animations (or more) in 0.2 release, that's 2.5 times the 0.1 release had. I'm starting to get the hang of it and honestly it's a new and fun way for me to make content and it's really refreshing after doing thousands of images only.
Of course I'm also increasing the playtime, and the image numbers and overall content, so more wait but more content.
There's a new system for integrating the narrative content into the game, it's a LOT faster now to put in the dialogue and the storytelling than before. It still needs testing and tweaking, but this accelerates development time for all the coming months of working on this game.
And of course all the new convenience features that I've talked about in the previous dev updates will make it in (they are under testing right now).
Again, I'm sorry for the delay - and I'll make sure it's worth the wait.
Thank you for everything guys
-Dr Sin
