Development Update #37 - December 18, 2017

Just a customary Dev Update since it's Monday, although I don't have too much new info to share.
I'm dealing with the pre-Christmas "madness" as probably many of you. Getting the gifts, calling the delivery company why isn't it here yet when it was supposed to be here days ago, arranging where to be on what day, the dinner menu, decorations and so on.
Now I try to insert work into this shcedule. In the meantime, I'm needed for setting up the website as well.
As everything comes to a halt during the last productive week of the year, I'll be publishing the Holiday Special at the end of the week.
After thinking about it, I don't want to give a deadline this time because there are things regarding the holidays that are bound to get in the way. So Thrusday the soonest, and Saturday, at the latest.
After that, I'll be having a much needed rest, to get some energy stored up for the next year. I feel like I'll need it.
Speaking of next year. There's something else that's been eating away at my time recently. I'm not really an expert on coding, I know just enough to make DoD in a python environment. However, as 2018 approaches, I need to aquire some new skills.
So I'm learning C#.
I guess some of you already know what that means. It's about the next project, the game after DoD.
Oh and more thing. I was thinking I should end the year with a Q&A session. Tell me in the comments if you like the idea and also tell me if you have any suggestions or ideas on how/where to make it.

2017-12-20 20:00:09 +0000 UTCYeah, Christmas preparations are a mess every year. At least for me. Expanding on the coding knowledge is necessary since I'm switching the game engine for the next game. I checked out pebble, could work. However, I got some messages suggesting reddit. Maybe that's the easiest to do and that can also be accessed easily at a later time by anyone.

Make it so that the family members think about the MC as their fmaily member not as a sex tool, but the main charcater only wants to have rough sex with them. Plus, you could use some exotic locations like Japan or maybe even India

2017-12-18 23:24:40 +0000 UTCAhhh, Christmas time is great, but everything leading up to it is a hot mess. Do what you gotta do to get that in order. Awesome to hear you're expanding your coding knowledge. The way I look at it is this will help you implement new/exciting things in your future games. You've done a great job turning repetitive scenarios into making them feel fresh over the course of DoD. Pretty excited to hear this and good for you. As for the Q&A, I'm all for that. I honestly have endless questions I could ask, but I will do my best to remain respectful :P I'm not entirely sure how this works, but in the past I've come across a site/app called "Pubble", where it allows you to host your own Q&A. I think you would need your website up and running to use this (not sure). However, if your site was up by this time, what better way to garner some traffic and knock out some answers for your hungry patrons? Two birds with one stone, as they say.
